How your Saltmast profile works

One reusable profile. Consent before any sharing.

You build the profile once, control who sees it, and log a consent receipt before any employer receives it. You can update the profile and résumé whenever you want — and delete them when you don’t.

What you control
Owner-managed, deletable, audit-logged.

Visibility

Private · employers-only · public directory.

Consent

Recorded before any view by an employer — visible to you as an audit log.

Delete

One action, profile and résumé file gone — no archive copy kept on your behalf.

Flow

The four steps, top to bottom.

  1. Step 01

    Set up once

A single profile holds your name, headline, summary, contact line, work experience, and education.

  2. Step 02

    Upload a résumé

Drop in a PDF (up to 10 MB). The file lives in your account, deletable whenever you want — never auto-shared.

  3. Step 03

    Choose who can see it

Default is private. Switch to employers-only when you start applying. Switch to public to be listed in the directory.

  4. Step 04

    Log consent first

Before any employer can view your information, you record who you’re sharing with and what you’re releasing — the receipt is the audit row.

Ready?

Sign up, set up your profile once, reuse it on every posting.

The profile lives at /dashboard/profile after sign in. Your résumé file and visibility stay under your control — the same way for every employer on the board.
